A domain name is a unique alpha-numeric name used to identify a particular computer (i.e. Web server or mail server) on the Internet. Domain names allow Internet users to type in a name, such as mydomain.com, to identify a numeric address such as 218.111.111.11. The purpose of domain names is to allow ordinary users connected to the Internet to find Web sites and send email to addresses with familiar names without having to memorize the numerical addresses that actually locate the computers or servers on the Internet.

The registeration process will take 1~2 calendar days to complete.

You can register a domain name by using credit card or domain pack units. In order to use domain pack units, you must have enough pack units.

You can create your account with Intdomain.com. Simply click "Open Your Account Today" on main page. Then you fill out necessary information that we ask for. IT'S FREE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH US!

You can modify your account information after you login to Intdomain.com. Once you login from the main index page, you will see "modify info" button just beneath your name. Simply click "modify info" button to change your account information.

In order to change the DNS of a domain, you must first login to our website and move to MY ACCOUNT. At MY ACCOUNT, you will see your domain name(s) and "DNS" button on the same row. Simply click "DNS" to change the DNS of a domain.

Yes, you can delete a domain within 72 hours from the registration. Once you delete within that period of time, used domain pack units will credit back to your account, (IF YOU PAY WITH YOUR DOMAIN PACK UNITS!) or will cancel credit card payment.
To delete your domain name, you must send an e-mail directly from the REGISTRANT'S E-MAIL address to service@intdomain.com

The only way to change a domain name is to first delete registered domain and reregister it.

The domain is registered instantly, but since the WHOIS database (the global domain database) takes about 24/72 hrs to get updated worldwide. You will have to allow that time period for the domain to show up as registered by you.

Please follow the steps below.

1. Click "transfer" menu on top.
2. Login with your ID and PASSWORD.
3. Enter domain(s) which you would like to transfer and click "next" button underneath.
4. Check your domains and click "ISSUE ID KEY"
5. ID KEY will be delievered to your domain administrator's e-mail address.
　(Please check administrator e-mail addresses.)
6. Copy ID KEY. 7. Click "Verify Identificaiton Key" where you can find it at STEP3 webpage.
8. Enter ID KEY(S).
9. Enter necessary domain information.
10. Make the payment. (If you do have domain pack units. you can use them.)

When you lost your ID and PASSWORD, you must try to retrieve them one at a time.

1. Click "Forgot your ID and PASSWORD?"
2. First retrieve ID.
3. Enter Domain name and account holder's e-mail address.
4. You will see your lost ID on web page.
5. Now retrieve PASSWORD.
6. Enter ID.
7. You will sell your lost PASSWORD.
